Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.

1. Security Audits

1.1 Full Refund — No Findings

If we complete a security audit and identify no vulnerabilities, security issues, or actionable improvements, you are entitled to a 100% refund of the audit fee.

1.2 Cancellation Before Audit Starts

1.3 Dissatisfaction with Results

If you are unsatisfied with the quality or depth of the audit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your report. We will:

  1. Review your concerns
  2. Offer additional analysis at no extra cost, or
  3. Provide a partial or full refund at our discretion

2. Radar (PR Scanner)

2.1 Free Tier

The self-hosted Docker version of Radar is free. No payment, no refund applicable.

2.2 Paid Subscriptions

Timing Refund
Within 14 days of first payment Full refund, no questions asked
After 14 days No refund; cancel anytime for next billing cycle

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, starting from the date of purchase.

Exception: If you explicitly request that we begin the audit immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, the right of withdrawal does not apply after the audit is complete.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your name and email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase or audit
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed audits where vulnerabilities were identified
  • Custom enterprise engagements (governed by separate contract)
  • Subscription fees after the 14-day trial period

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and additional fees.
